Biography
Dr Geoff Dell is a safety scientist with 36 years systems safety, risk management and accident investigation experience across most industries. His working life has been a mix of senior academic appointments, corporate Board appointments and professional consulting as the Managing Director of Protocol Safety Management Pty Ltd delivering strategic safety advice, leadership and services to industry, Governments, and expert reports to the Courts.
