Biography
I am the pioneer in Australia in designing and developing non-linear decision support system in accessibility modelling for basic urban service provision that is capable of measuring the performance of accessibility to the services and providing various planning scenarios. Recently I have integrated economic models (e.g., input-output analysis) with planning models (e.g., location analysis) to estimate boom and bust cycles and its impact on regional property market. Also this is the first time in Australia that I developed a framework that can predict cumulative impacts of resources sectors on housing markets.
