Biography
Rod MacLeod is Senior Staff Specialist in Palliative Care and Conjoint Professor in Palliative Care at the University of Sydney Northern Clinical School. He has worked in palliative care full time for over 25 years in England, New Zealand and most recently here in Australia. He was New Zealand's first Professor in Palliative Care at the University of Otago. He has published over 100 articles and book chapters on many aspects of palliative and end of life care and has supervised many Masters and PhD students in related areas of health. He currently leads the Learning and Research Centre for palliative care at Pallister House, Greenwich Hospital.
