Biography
Steph is responsible for managing key strategic programs and initiatives for the VCCC under the strategic plan. Her role includes managing the advancement of the Research & Education Leads program in consultation with the Executive Director and senior management team. This program has been designed to test, evaluate and enhance how knowledge translation and collaboration is done with the aim of expanding collaborative research and improving integration of research and education into clinical care. This position plays a key role in the development and implementation of the new Strategic Research Plan and the achievement of the VCCC’s goals over the next four years, including establishment of strategic partnerships. Steph is a senior project management professional with specialised experience in the health industry. With significant experience working with both Federal and State Governments, in her most recent roles at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, Steph was responsible for the delivery and oversight of a diverse range of large-scale projects and programs. Steph’s experience extends to contractual management and progression of innovative business development opportunities.
