Biography
He has extensive training in the most up-to-date, evidence-based methods for treating a broad range of psychological difficulties, with training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and other mindfulness-based psychological approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. His strong interest in meditation and other innovative modalities, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques, Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, enhances his psychological approach. He has a calming, light-hearted and supportive therapeutic approach. He bring a fine-tuned awareness to understanding the root causes of each clients’ issues and identifying the best path to healing, resolution and lasting change. With each client, He work towards helping them develop greater self-understanding, feel happier, more fulfilled, and more in control of their lives.
