Biography
Member of the Board since November 2016 and a member of the Human Resources Committee. Ms Shanahan is an independent Director and an American resident. Ms Shanahan has extensive retail, consumer brand, e-commerce and governance experience. Ms Shanahan has held senior executive positions, including as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with The Gap Inc, where she was involved in leading the company’s domestic and international expansion. Ms Shanahan also founded the consulting practice Maroon Peak Advisors of which she is a Principal.
