Biography
Ms. Woodside is a managing partner with the Canadian law firm Gowling WLG (formerly Smith Lyons LLP) with over 20 years experience advising Canadian and foreign companies involved in the mining sector on a wide range of matters including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She has her B.A. and LL.B from Queen’s University, is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors/Rotman School of Business Directors’ Education Program and has been awarded the designation “ICD.D” (certified director).
