* General psychiatrist (FRANZCP) in private practice in Surry Hills, Sydney. * Two Master of Medicine degrees (University of Sydney): Psychotherapy (2000) Brain and Mind Sciences (2013). * Attend two international conferences annually on biological psychiatry and mood disorders to remain updated on continuing research and developments in these fields. * Interest in longterm psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as treatment of mood disorders, adult ADHD and consequences of psychological trauma. * Flexible approach to management from short term crisis intervention to longterm psychotherapy. * An approach that in addition to possible pharmacological treatments, also includes a holistic view of the individual and their problems. Emphasis on promotion of physical health and fitness, healthy diet and lifestyle, and non-pharmacological strategies to manage stress.
