Biography
Nicky Carp, UHG Executive Director and Co-Founder, has more than two decades’ experience in the healthcare sector, commencing with law firm Philips Fox and more recently at UHG, having joined in 1999.  Nicky’s focus is on governance and risk control providing legal, financial and strategic input to the board and chairs the Financial & Risk Committee. She has Bachelor degrees in Law, Economics and Accounting from Monash University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Scale Investors. Nicky is Treasurer for NGO Stand Up, past women’s mentor in the Foundation For Young Australians (FYA) Young Social Pioneers program and has led passionately the successful accreditation of UHG as a B Corporation.
