Biography
Irene has more than 15 years of HR experience gained both locally and overseas and has worked across biotech / medical device, manufacturing, consulting, forestry, construction and property management industries. Irene has been the HR & Business Support Manager of Universal Biosensors Pty Ltd since November 2012 and as part of the Executive Management Team, Irene is a key contributor in designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives of the company. Irene graduated with and MBA from the University of Southern Queensland and is a certified professional member of AHRI (CAHRI).
