Biography
Ms. Smith is a highly experienced investment and funds management executive. During her career, Ms. Smith has worked in a number of investment management roles in the funds management industry, where she has been responsible for evaluating and investing in listed and unlisted companies. Ms. Smith was appointed a non-executive director of the Company on March 12, 2015 and has served as a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee since that date. She was appointed as the Chairperson of the Audit and Compliance Committee on 7th August, 2017
