Biography
Mr. Heinberg has extensive experience relevant to our Company and insight into the global capital markets, and has worked with several life science and technology companies. Mr. Heinberg is a US-based non-executive director of the Company and was appointed in January 2010 and served as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee since November 2010. Mr. Heinberg served as Head of the Investment Banking Department of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from January 2008 through June 2012. Mr. Heinberg began his investment banking career with Oppenheimer & Company, which was acquired by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in 1997.
