Biography
My research is concerned with gender, work, parenting, and organisations. Specifically, I am investigating men's use and non-use of flexible working arrangements, and the impact of organisational culture and broader cultural influences on their decisions and negotiation of identity in relation to FWA. I have previously researched in the areas of criminology and health psychology, and their intersections with gender.
