Biography
I'm an early career researcher within the School of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Adelaide. My research involves two primary areas: Ocean Wave Energy Harvesting The Ocean Energy Research Group at the University of Adelaide was established in 2014 based on an ARC Linkage Project in collaboration with Carnegie Clean Energy. The group now consists of 6 academics, 6 postgraduates, and several honours students. I'm leading the R&D work within the group such as wave energy converter design, optimisation, control and techno-economic assessment. Robotics and Biomechanics The Biomechanics and Implants Research Group is part of the Medical Device Institute at Flinders University. I'm a biomechanics and control engineer within the group, offering 6DOF robotic testing solution for biomechanics research. I've developed three world-class 6DOF robotic testing systems for dynamic 3D tests that contribute to a wide range of advanced research applications in materials, biomechanical, aerospace, maritime, and civil engineering.
