Biography
Ms Ee Lin Tek is a PhD student in the Department of Wine and Food Science at the University of Adelaide. Ee Lin is part of the Wine Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology group where she undertakes research in wine yeast. Her project investigates the formation and regulation of wine yeast biofilms. She is interested in how signaling molecules affect biofilm formation and cell morphologies. She is also keen to know how the ability to form biofilms and the influencers may have an impact in wine environment.
