Biography
Guia jointed the University of Adelaide as a PhD candidate in August 2016. Her research work has spanned a number of research areas including intergroup conflict (University of the Western Cape), child maltreatment (Medial Research Council), science and technology indicators (Human Sciences Research Council) and motivation and engagement (Achievement Awards Group and Management College of Southern Africa). She has a Master’s Degree in Research Psychology from the University of the Western Cape which focused on intergroup relations and xenophobia.
