Biography
Helen Collins is a Research Associate, ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Cell Walls, University of Adelaide, Waite Campus. She is currently employed on and ARC Linkage Grant involving the ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Cell Walls, University of Adelaide’s Barley Breeding Program, Carlsberg Brewery and Cargill Malt. This project is investigating the processes involved in early germination of barley with the aim of improving the efficiency of the malting process.
