Biography
Currently a PhD candidate at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Cell Walls under the supervision of Prof. Rachel Burton and Dr Natalie Betts. My PhD project explores the seed coat mucilage of the Plantago genus as a source of novel food ingredients.
