Biography
I am undertaking a combined PhD and Masters (Organisational & Human Factors) investigating the motivation and retention of expatriate individuals involved in humanitarian aid work. My work hopes to contribute to the growing field of Humanitarian Work Psychology. Supervisors: Dr Aspa Sarris (University of Adelaide) and Dr Neil Kirby (University of Adelaide)
