Biography
I specialise in sensory perception related to food and beverage consumption. Currently I work on projects related to oenology, relating composition of wine grapes to the sensory perception of their wines. With it, I am interested in chemometric and advanced chemometric data analysis to relate the grape composition to wine sensory character. Aside from this, I am also involved in research around consumer sensory science of wine.
