Biography
ARC DECRA Research Fellow (Level B), Centre for Advanced Nanomaterials, School of Physical Sciences. My research is centered around the synthesis, characterization, and processing of porous materials for adsorption-based applications. More specifically, I am developing sol-gel techniques that enable the higher-order structuralization of these materials into forms that are compatible with device-specific configurations, or that otherwise optimize their properties as adsorbents in storage and separation applications. I am also addressing the use of such architectures for the immobilization of catalytically-active molecules for more efficient small-molecule conversions
