Biography
I received my Ph.D. in Chemistry (University of Belgrade, Serbia) in October 2015 and in April 2016 I undertook a post-doctoral research position as a Visiting Fellow at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO, Adelaide), working on the joint graphene ecotoxicology project of the University of Adelaide (School of Agriculture, Food & Wine and School of Chemical Engineering) and CSIRO. In the same year, I was awarded the University of Adelaide Research for Impact Fellowship, which allowed me to perform leading-edge research in a field of nanoecotoxicology. The Fellowship has also enabled me to acquire important skills for the development of my future career in ecotoxicology as an independent researcher. Research Interests: I am interested in emerging issues in the field of Nanoecotoxicology and the impact of nanomaterials on the environment (fate, behavior in soil, water, and impact on the food-webs).
