Biography
Since 1st March 2016, I have been working at Dame Roma Mitchell Cancer Research laboratories (DRMCRL), which has an international reputation for its basic and translational research in breast cancer and androgen receptor signaling. My current research aims to explore the exciting potential of Enobosarm, a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) in the treatment of endocrine resistant ERα positive breast cancer using contemporary in-vivo and in-vitro experimental models. During my PhD training at The University of Sydney, I successfully demonstrate the role of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) in respiratory epithelia cells and reveal that enhancing the power of endogenous PP2A can be an effective and alternative therapeutic approach to combat asthmatic inflammation.
