Biography
I am a PhD Candidate with the University of Adelaide, School of Psychology. I am interested in factors affecting the transfer of learning from training to the workplace (for example, training transfer climate and organisational support). I am a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with the endorsed specialisation of Organisational Psychologist. My background and experience in Organisational Psychology gives me both the theoretical and practical understanding of human behaviours in the workplace.
