Biography
Amanda provides administrative and research support to academic researchers at SERC. She is a qualified secondary school teacher who has experience from early childhood through to tertiary education. Previously she has worked as a Media Arts researcher, which involved mentoring primary school teachers to implement Media Arts into classroom curriculum as well as working in informal learning settings with young people. She was responsible for data collection and collation and administration. She has experience developing curriculum for primary and secondary schools in the Arts including Arts integration.
Research Interest
Amanda was awarded a Master of Learning Innovation (Education) from the Queensland University of Technology and also holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Drama and Film Studies)/Bachelor of Education (Secondary).
