Biography
Dr. Johra K. Fatima completed PhD from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. She has more than 10 years of experience of teaching business and tourism courses both nationally and internationally, such as Australia and Bangladesh. Dr Fatima has published in different prestigious journals, of which Tourism Analysis, Environmental Education Research, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics and Social Responsibility Journal are the most notable ones. She regularly speaks in academic conferences around the world and shares her views on variousresearch themes such as sustainable tourism, tourism for economic development, relationship management and services management. As a key research team member, in the past, she also worked in various research institutes such as Centre for Sustainable and Responsible Organizations, Deakin University, Australia and Centre for Economic and Health Convergence, McGill University, Canada. She also serves academic society by working as an active reviewer of several top journals in her field, such as, Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Environmental Education Research and many others.
