Biography

Shyam's PhD project is closely aligned with Professor Roland Goecke's research on computational behaviour analysis in general and applied to autism spectrum disorders in particular, which show a growing prevalence worldwide. In this project, Shyam closely work with Dr Rozga from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her interdisciplinary team, which also investigates computational models of social interactions with applications in early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. Professor Goecke established this collaboration in 2013, which has already resulted in one joint publication and a second is currently under review.
