Biography
Having originally trained as a biochemist, Peter Suffolk retrained in physiotherapy through the University of South Australia. As a physiotherapist he has worked in various public health, community and private practice settings for over 10 years. At the University of Canberra, Peter is involved in clinical education through the coordination and supervision of the Student Led Physiotherapy Clinic and as a tutor with the first year musculoskeletal subject. This clinic provides placements for physiotherapy students both from within the University and also external to it. Peter remains clinically active through a part-time private practice at the Faculty clinic and through involvement with various sporting teams, including a national basketball team and the ACT Academy of Sport.
