Biography
Identify and recruit participants to a Tele Health pilot project. Install and deliver Tele Health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over 50 years of age. Triage clients vital health signs, and use clinical experience to manage complex health needs in a culturally sensitive manner. Provide health education and health promotion strategies to participants. Work with a multi disciplinary care team to help close the gap and improve the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
