Biography
"Clive Walker obtained my LLB from the University of Leeds in 1975, Leeds and my PhD from the University of Manchester in 1982. He was a practicing solicitor from 1976 to 1978. Since then, he had been a lecturer at the University of Manchester and a lecturer and senior lecturer at the University of Leeds. In 1993, he was appointed to my current post of Professor of Criminal Justice Studies. He have been the director of the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies and Head of the School of Law. He held visiting professorships at the University of Louisville, (1993), George Washington University (1995), the University of Connecticut (2003), Stanford University (2006), the University of Washington (2006), the University of Melbourne (2007), the Institute of advanced Legal Studies (University of London) (2009), and the University of New South Wales (2012)."
