Biography
I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Senior Research Fellow in the School of Psychiatry, University of New South Wales. My research focuses on the impact of physical activity and lifestyle interventions on both the mental and physical health of people experiencing mental disorders including posttraumatic stress, schizophrenia and first episode psychosis.
