Biography
"Dr John Yeaman AM, has over 50 years of experience in assisting road organisations and governments across the world in the management of their road networks. His main fields of expertise include design, implementation and operation of road management information systems, assistance of road authorities in planning and programming road maintenance and improvement programs under constrained budget situations. John has occupied the position of director, deputy team leader or team leader on several internationally recognised projects as well as occupying key expert positions in multi-disciplinary teams. John has recently been appointed to an endowed Chair – The Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) Professor of Pavement Engineering for a two-year period. His objective is to make USC the university of choice for students who wish to study design, construction, operation, maintenance and renewal of roads, runways, and hard standing. He has plans to conduct a three-day CPD Seminar in May 2017 on roads, runways and hard standing. Further details will be advertised closer to the time."
