Biography
Dr. CARRIE TSAI is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Department of Dentistry, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Dr Tsai is interested in upstream factors that affect oral health, such as food environment and policy. We know that local food environments have been shown to be an independent predictor of individuals’ food choice and diet quality in developed countries. As such, she has been involved in a multidisciplinary team spanning health, law, policy and business to change the tide around sales and promotion of sugary drinks and campus and in local health districts. Related work includes a funded study to assess the food environment in WSLHD hospitals.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. CARRIE TSAI is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Dr Tsai is interested in upstream factors that affect oral health, such as food environment and policy.
