Biography
Dr. Donna Baines is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes paid and unpaid care work, restructuring in the social services sector, and anti-oppressive social work practice. Prof. Baines' favorite method at the moment is rapid ethnography in care workplaces, and she is currently involved in three international, funded research projects using this method (C.I on a five year SSHRC Insight). . He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Donna Baines is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to paid and unpaid care work, restructuring in the social services sector, and anti-oppressive social work practice.
