Biography

Dr. JACQUELINE BLOOMFIELD is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Nursing, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Associate Professor Bloomfield's research background and interests focus on two major areas: supportive care for patients with cancer; and nursing education and workforce development. She is particularly interested in how nurses can be educated and supported to care for patients in the cancer and palliative care setting. Jacqueline is a fellow in the Cancer Nursing Research Unit (CNRU) and is currently part of a team conducting a study entitled ” Understanding the experience of healthcare professionals in supporting adolescent and young adult cancer patients transitioning to palliative care: insights from Australian and UK specialists”.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. JACQUELINE BLOOMFIELD is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Associate Professor Bloomfield's research background and interests focus on two major areas: supportive care for patients with cancer; and nursing education and workforce development. She is particularly interested in how nurses can be educated and supported to care for patients in the cancer and palliative care setting.
