Dr. JOERG EBERHARD is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Dentistry, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Professor Eberhard is interested in the interactions between oral and general health through all phases of life. Gingivitis and periodontitis are common diseases of the oral cavity affecting the tooth supporting tissues in response to bacterial accumulation with proven adverse effects for general health. Interactions of oral health and general health include e.g. diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative diseases and new emerging research fields like sleep apnoea, obesity and diet.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. JOERG EBERHARD is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
