Biography
Dr. KELLIE BURNS is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Department of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes gender, sexuality, citizenship, sport and health. She conducted a large case study of the Sydney 2002 Gay Games, exploring the contested relationships between sport, sexualities, citizenship and the increasingly neoliberal mandates of large global sport and tourism events. She is currently involved in a series of research initiatives around HPV and sexual health knowledge in secondary and tertiary educational settings in both Australia and Canada.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. KELLIE BURNS is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to gender, sexuality, citizenship, sport and health. She conducted a large case study of the Sydney 2002 Gay Games, exploring the contested relationships between sport, sexualities, citizenship and the increasingly neoliberal mandates of large global sport and tourism events.
