Dr.Nicholas Manolios is a Professor of Medicine, Westmead Clinical School
Research Interest
Professor Nicholas Manolios research interests are: (i) Structure and assembly of the T-cell antigen receptor, in particular, its role in the predisposition and causation of auto-immune and inflammatory rheumatic disorders, and (ii) Structure-function relationships of T cell assembly and T-cell activation, and how synthetic peptides may be used as therapeutic agents to suppress inflammation. Recent research hs focussed on drug delivery.
