Dr. SANDRA WEST is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Nursing, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Shift/Night-work and its effects, specifically on women. Projects include investigating shift-work tolerance in mid-life, the adaptation of new nursing graduates to shift-work and the effects of current approaches to rosters/scheduling for shift-working women.The organisation of nursing night workwithin acute care areas. Projects include observational studies within the nursing workplace of nurses' work at night, and interview-based studies of nurses' experiences of their workplace, especially that of migrant nurses, and exploring why nurses intend to continue working in clinical roles.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. SANDRA WEST is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Shift/Night-work and its effects, specifically on women.
