Biography
Dr. SUSAN RANDALL is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Department of Nursing, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Dr Randall's research is in primary health care and community nursing. Her particular interests are in advanced nursing roles, with an emphasis on communication. This is mirrored when the focus is on people who live with chronic disease and how their self-efficacy, ability to self-manage and be true partners in care is explored. In addition, Dr Randall has experience in workforce transformation to meet the chronic disease challenge. She was awarded a PhD from Coventry University in 2014 for a study which explored embedding the community matron role (a role which sought to case manage people with co-morbid chronic disease to prevent hospital admission). Qualiative research or mixed methods design and translation into practice are strengths of Dr Randall.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. SUSAN RANDALL is the member of many international affiliations.
