Dr. YUN-HEE JEON is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Nursing, University of Sydney , Australia. His research interests includes Professor Jeon’s predominant research interests include improving the quality of life of persons with dementia through person-centred care, building capacity of the aged care workforce, bettering outcome and assessment measures in dementia, understanding the experiences of people with chronic illness, and developing new models of care which use person-centred and reablement approaches. Overall, her research aims to promote and support the prevention and management of chronic illness in the context of primary health care.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. YUN-HEE JEON is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
