Biography
Deb is a lecturer in Nursing at the School of Health Sciences in Nursing. Her primary teaching roles relate to the undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing. She also undertakes research in the areas of safety, quality and complexity.
Research Interest
Deb's research applies to the University's research theme of Better Health. Her main area of research interest is within the Faculty of Health theme of Health Care and Support Services with a focus on safety and quality improvement. The other key area of research interest for Deb is complexity in health care and in particular the use of complexity theory as a framework for health services research.
