Biography
Dr Ahuja is Research Fellow at the School of Health Sciences, University of Tasmania, Australia. She works in the area of nutrition and health. In particular, her work focuses on the investigating the effects of foods and spices on the risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
Research Interest
Dr Ahuja's research align with the university's research theme of Better Health. Her interests include nutrition, metabolism and chronic diseases (including coronary heart disease and diabetes).
