Biography

Chenelle Hitchcock is an Resiliency Coach/Counsellor of Heart Mind Rebalance ,Employed from Jan 2013 – Present Employment Duration for 4 yrs 9 mos Location Sydney. I am proud to be a certified HeartMath® Resiliency Coach, with a strong Teaching background and would love to share with you, HeartMath® tools and techniques.I am passionate about helping people to recognise when they feel stressed and importantly, to self-manage their emotions. HeartMath® has identified a measurable physiological state, which they refer to as coherence, which underlies optimal learning and health. When our hearts Rhythmic beating pattern is coherent, it synchronizes our brain, respiratory system, blood pressure, which means our cells function with increased efficiency, and we have more energy, feel calm, happy and peaceful.I can teach you how to achieve this physiological state called coherence in one coaching session.400 people at six global companies including (Shell, BP, Unilever, Cisco, Boeing) showed the following result were sustained after taking HeartMath® training. 60% reduction in anxiety 45% reduction in exhaustion Chenelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Technology.She has extensive training in Stress Management, Meditation, Vision, Purpose and Self-Mastery.
