Biography
Christopher Biesenthal is Senior Lecturer at the School of the Built Environment at the University of Technology Sydney with a multidisciplinary professional and research background. After completing his Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science in Cologne, Germany in 2008 Christopher came to Australia to do a Masters in Engineering Management at Macquarie University. Christopher then started working on an Australian Research Council (ARC) funded research project that investigated the antecedents of project blowouts in the Business School at the University of Technology Sydney. This project was successfully concluded in 2012. As part of this project Christopher also completed his PhD with the title “Projects as arenas for pragmatic management practices: Improvisation, capabilities and change”.
