Biography
Dr Fabio Sonvico is a pharmacist graduated from the University of Pavia with a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology (1999). After completing an Honours year at Bayer Italia, Fabio received his Ph.D. in 2004 with a co-tutorial research project between University of Parma and the University of Paris XI focused on the application of metal nanoparticles to the targeting and treatment of tumors. During this period, he was awarded a grant from the French Association for Cancer Research (AIRC) and received the 2ème Prix de Thèse of the University of Paris XI.
