Biography
Johnny Kwok-Wai Wong is an Associate Professor in the School of the Built Environment, University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is a chartered Quantity Surveyor, and previously held academic positions at the Queensland University of Technology and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University before joining UTS in June 2017. His research focuses on construction informatics (BIM, automation and robotics), smart home technology, and sustainability in construction process. He has published over 60 articles and papers in various high impact journals, book chapters and conference proceedings in the field. Johnny was the Principal Investigator of a number of overseas funded research projects, teaching development grant, and consultancy project. He also acted as the Co-investigator of a number of competitive research grants in Hong Kong.
