Biography
Milos Toth is a Professor in the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. He received a PhD in 2001 from UTS where he worked on the luminescence properties and defect structure of wide bandgap semiconductors.
Research Interest
My research is focused on charged particle interactions with solids, self assembly and reaction kinetics at surfaces. Applied aspects of the work include the development of electron and ion beam nanofabrication techniques and their application in nanophotonics and optoelectronics.
