Biography
Spike is Professor of the Built Environment and Director of the UTS: Asia-Pacific Centre for Complex Real Property Rights at the University of Technology, Sydney. He strives to offer a truly transdisciplinary approach to addressing complex real property rights. He achieves this by developing productive relationships investigating property rights at the interface of law, land and the political economy, urban planning, human geography and sociology. These dynamic relationships continually force a team of discipline specialists to think outside of the box, beyond their comfort zones, to deconstruct debate and tackle contemporary property rights conundrums
