Biography
Dr Jeff Friedrich specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases of the retina and macula, including macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion and diabetic retinopathy. He has considerable expertise in administering eye (intravitreal) injections to treat these conditions. Dr Friedrich has a special interest in the medical and laser treatment of glaucoma, and also specialised in small-incision phaco-emulsification cataract surgery for over ten years. He is commonly referred tertiary cases for YAG laser capsulotomy following cataract surgery.
